The Terms

We are selling because our children, who grew up here, have moved to the West Coast and we need to be closer to them. The price is $495,000. Some owner financing is possible. No contingency contracts will be accepted. Possession will be 30 days after closing or more, and we will pay back $1000 for one month’s rent. Items to convey are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, wood stove, ceiling fans, built-in cabinets and shelves. Porch swings do not convey. The 2010 taxes were $1627. The house is being sold as-is. Although designed for low maintenance some updating and minor repairs may be needed, but the house is ready to move into and enjoy.
