Minimum of nights for bookings is two nights.

Nightly Rates:
• 1-2 Guest: $105 a night
+ 12.5% Portland lodging tax.

• 3-4 Guest: $115 a night
+ 12.5% Portland lodging tax.

Weekly Rates (7+ nights):
Our weekly rates are discounted as follows:

• 1-2 Guest: $665 ($95 per night)
+ 12.5% Portland lodging tax.

• 3-4 Guest: $735 ($105per night)
+ 12.5% Portland lodging tax.

Payment: Credits accepted through PayPal. Checks accepted 10 Days in advance of stay. We ask for payment in full before stay. If you need to cancel we will refund 75% of your payment.

- No cleaning fees.

Discounts:
Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts. We have set our rates to be competitive and do not add any extra fees to keep The Kenton House as affordable as possible. Thank you for understanding!
